Who is responsible for your information
Load Manager Inc, a Florida corporation with a business presence in New York, operates Load Manager EDI. This policy covers this website and its signup, inquiry, and support information. Separate service agreements may govern EDI transaction data processed after a connection is activated.
Information we collect
You may provide your name, business email, phone number, company and address, job role, business systems, trading-partner contacts, requested documents, estimated volumes, notes, and consent choices. Only share information you are authorized to provide. Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card numbers, health information, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
Our hosting and security providers also receive technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, request times, and security events. We use this information to operate the website, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse. Bot verification may process browser and interaction signals even when optional analytics are declined.
How we use and share information
We use information to respond to inquiries, create customer records, review requirements, arrange EDI setup, provide support, maintain business records, and protect the service. A signup may create or match a Zoho Billing customer record; this alone does not create a charge or paid subscription.
We use service providers for hosting (Vercel), website record storage (Upstash), bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and customer records (Zoho Billing). When enabled, Zoho Desk, CRM, and ZeptoMail support requests and customer communications; Zoho Campaigns supports optional marketing. We may share relevant requirements with the trading partners you identify when needed to arrange the requested integration. We do not sell information submitted through these forms or use it for cross-site targeted advertising.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or security, or in a business transfer subject to applicable privacy obligations. We operate in the United States; providers may process information in locations where they operate, subject to applicable agreements and law.
Browser storage, analytics, and chat
Necessary storage remembers your theme and privacy choices, keeps a signup draft in your browser tab, and supports secure administrator and resume sessions. The browser draft is cleared after successful submission; closing the tab normally ends that session, although browser restore features may retain it. Files and consent selections are not restored from drafts.
When available, Google Analytics 4 and Zoho SalesIQ chat load only after you select "Allow analytics & support." Our custom analytics events exclude form values, names, emails, phone numbers, company names, messages, submission references, and file names. Analytics providers may still process technical usage data, and chat handles information you choose to enter. Use "Privacy choices" in the footer to change your selection; choosing "Necessary only" stops optional scripts on the reloaded page. Browser controls can also clear stored data.
Marketing and service messages
Marketing email is a separate, optional choice. You can decline it, use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email, or contact us to withdraw that choice. We may still communicate about your request, account, security, or purchases when needed. Automated confirmations and emailed resume links are available only when email delivery is enabled.
Retention
Website submission copies and their confirmation references expire 30 days after their latest save or update. An administrator update can restart that period. If emailed save-and-resume is available, draft links and their saved data expire after 14 days; each link can be exchanged only once.
This website retention period does not automatically delete separate customer, support, billing, email, security-log, or backup records held in our business systems or by service providers. Those records are retained as needed to provide services, resolve requests, meet accounting and legal obligations, or protect against fraud, and are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. You can ask us about or request deletion of those records using the contact details below.
Payments, files, and security
The website does not collect payment-card details. If checkout is offered, the payment provider collects them on its hosted page. If uploads are offered, accepted files are sent to the support system; the website keeps only file metadata and delivery status, and failed transfers may need to be resubmitted. Keep your own copies.
We use safeguards including access restrictions, secure sessions, encrypted connections, validation, and abuse controls. No system is completely secure. Contact us promptly if you believe information has been accessed improperly; we will investigate and provide notices when required by applicable law.
Your requests and choices
Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about applicable privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Some records must be retained for legal, accounting, security, or contractual reasons; we will explain any relevant limits. You may contact us again to request a review of our response. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details with your request.
Children and policy updates
This business website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it. We will post policy changes with a new update date and provide additional notice or obtain consent when applicable law requires it.
