No. You can use Load Manager TMS or ask us to evaluate another TMS, ERP, accounting, shipper, carrier, or custom system.

Load Manager EDI is designed to work with a range of systems. Compatibility, mapping scope, and connection method are confirmed after requirements review.

Primary documents include EDI 204, 214, 212, 210, 211, 820, 990, 997, and 810. Partner-specific mapping, testing, and certification are still required.

The standard plan starts with a $500 initial payment and includes the first 5,000 production transactions, standard setup for the first trading partner, and a 7-day unconditional refund. Hosting is $99 per month, and additional accepted production documents are $0.10 each through automatic transaction refills.

Request a full refund for any reason within seven calendar days after the initial payment through the contact form, by emailing support@loadmanager.com, or by calling (631) 724-9400 and asking for the EDI team. No explanation is required, and transaction activity during the seven-day period does not reduce the refund. The account and remaining credits close when the refund is issued.

Our standard first-partner EDI integration period is 14 calendar days after successful payment and receipt of the specifications, access, and complete setup information we need. Additional partners, custom mappings, or delays outside our control may require more time.

When secure attachment delivery is configured, you can attach reviewed file types. Otherwise, we will arrange a safe way to provide documents after signup.
