Your initial payment includes your first 5,000 production transactions, standard first-partner setup, and a 7-day unconditional refund.
Card details are entered only on Zoho’s secure hosted payment page when checkout is enabled.
$99 / month
Month-to-month, billed in advance. Hosting starts on day 15 after the successful initial payment and is not prorated.
$0.10 / transaction
When 500 credits remain, another $500 block of 5,000 transactions is purchased automatically. The team confirms balance alerts, retry notices, and refill receipts before automatic billing is activated.
We use the standard 14-day period to configure, map, and test your first trading-partner integration. This is an integration period, not a free trial.
Accepted production business documents and technical acknowledgments count. Test documents and rejected documents do not.
Request a full refund for any reason within seven calendar days after your initial payment. No explanation is required, and transaction activity does not reduce the refund.
